He pulled my coils and had found huge amounts of insulation packed into the coils from the previous companies installation. Dino Air Conditioning has integrity and fixed my issue. I have an older home (built 1969) which had some unique installation challenges that required creative, practical solutions and James exceeded my expectations in every way. I had an AC install 5 years ago by another company that was horrific, I'll leave it at that. I made the decision to have James install a new system and fix the mess left from 5 years ago. My new unit cools better and is more energy efficient and my electric bill has gone down! Having to clean up one hour air issues and headaches that they caused me but wouldn't trust anyone else and being very understanding and helpful. I suggest more to call him out so he can make all your ac needs and or issues go extinct. Thanks again Mr and Ms James, for being great and honest company. I feel bad you have to clean up someone's else's mess but at least I know its getting done right. Thank you! Absolutely amazing job! Looked over everything for me and made sure my ducts were good and sealed properly. Mr James can't thank you enough for helping and reassuring me that my ducts are all good. Subsequent to this visit, it was advised we reduct the house, both for age and efficiency. He handled the tear out and reinstall of the ducting, reengineered the airflow and returns to meet the modern standard. In turn, we have seen a great difference in the runtime of our unit and the overall comfort. With their expansive knowledge in AC, efficiency, local rebate opportunities, economical pricing and genuineness of an independent local family, I fully recommend their services.”
