Excellent customer service, doesn’t try to sell something you don’t,t need
Amazing company!! I had a new unit installed 2 years ago from another company and my ac was not working properly. He pulled my coils and had found huge amounts of insulation packed into the coils from the previous companies installation. Dino Air Conditioning has integrity and fixed my issue. I highly recommend their company for any A/C and heating issues. Thank you James and Kristin for having an honest company.
Amazing family owed company! I wasn’t an existing client and called at 8am on a Sunday because our ac was out the lady who answered was beyond sweet offering tips to make sure it wasn’t something I could fix. Then promptly sent someone to help !
I cannot speak highly enough of James and Dino Air. I have an older home (built 1969) which had some unique installation challenges that required creative, practical solutions and James exceeded my expectations in every way. I had an AC install 5 years ago by another company that was horrific, I'll leave it at that. I made the decision to have James install a new system and fix the mess left from 5 years ago. My new unit cools better and is more energy efficient and my electric bill has gone down! It feels good to have a relationship with an honest and highly technically skilled AC professional going forward for my maintenance and demanding Florida heat AC needs.
James got the job done . We'll definitely call Dino Air Conditioning & Heating again. THANK YOU DINO!!!
This was my first service call from Dino Air Conditioning and Heating LLC. James which did my services was very helpful and knowledgeable. Extremely friendly and respectful. New post on 6/3/2025 Mr James came out again and helped with our situation and told us different options. Having to clean up one hour air issues and headaches that they caused me but wouldn't trust anyone else and being very understanding and helpful. I suggest more to call him out so he can make all your ac needs and or issues go extinct. Thanks again Mr and Ms James, for being great and honest company. I feel bad you have to clean up someone's else's mess but at least I know its getting done right. Thank you! Absolutely amazing job! Looked over everything for me and made sure my ducts were good and sealed properly. Mr James can't thank you enough for helping and reassuring me that my ducts are all good. I appreciate all the help and communication. I suggest everyone give them a call for all your HVAC problems and needs. They'll make all of those issues go "extinct"! James and Kristin and the crew at Dino Air are second to none in my experience with businesses in this field. They are professional, courteous, and highly qualified with the most up-to-date credentials in the industry. They are always very prompt if we have to call for service or a problem. I was very happy to hear today that they can even service our pools heat pump when needed! I highly recommend giving them a call for all of your HVAC needs whether it's a whole new system, or just a seasonal maintenance check. Such great costumer service! Called around 9pm and came out and thankfully had us running by 11pm. They have us some tips to help keep our AC in to shape and we have them coming next week to do the yearly maintenance! Highly recommend!
Dino AC hands down is the best AC company I have ever worked with! They were super kind, respectful, and were able to have my issues fixed the day of. Our technician James, who is also the owner was able to breakdown everything we needed and was upfront about the cost of repair. Our AC unit is working better than ever and I would recommend them to anyone!

What a great company. I needed a whole new ac duct system. The price was reasonable for the amount of work required. The crew came in bright and early to begin the job. They were very clean and went through the whole house getting up any debris that had fallen. Would HIGHLY recommend this company.
Dino A/C rocks! Called them out because my husband and I just bought a home and needed some maintenance done on our unit. We spoke with Kristin and she got us on the schedule right away. Our technician James promptly came and inspected the unit and told us a very honest and reasonable price for everything we needed with a breakdown. Its hard to find an air conditioning company you can trust and this one genuinely cares about it's customers. We will be recommending them to everyone we know!

James Owner/Technician came out to repair our broken A/C in less than an hour from when I placed the call to the “Executive Service Representative” James’ wife (it’s a family business). James was professional yet laid back. He explained the issue and fixed it, no excuses, no up-sales, just quick service with a smile!
James and Dino AC were called for maintenance on our unit. He was extremely thorough and took his time cleaning/servicing the unit and inspecting the ductwork throughout the attic. Subsequent to this visit, it was advised we reduct the house, both for age and efficiency. He handled the tear out and reinstall of the ducting, reengineered the airflow and returns to meet the modern standard. In turn, we have seen a great difference in the runtime of our unit and the overall comfort. With their expansive knowledge in AC, efficiency, local rebate opportunities, economical pricing and genuineness of an independent local family, I fully recommend their services.

James was very prompt on his time he said he would be here. He went over everything that was wrong with our system. He was very knowledgeable and checked our system well.
