We don't just show up, glance at a unit, and call it done. At Dino Air Conditioning and Heating, AC maintenance means getting hands-on with every single unit - outdoor condensers, indoor air handlers, coils, fan blades, all of it. That's just how we operate.

Here's what a proper tune-up actually looks like. Outside, we pull the top panels off the condenser units and get in there. Fan blades get inspected. Coils get checked for buildup and airflow restriction. If something doesn't look right, we find it - because a missed issue on the outside almost always turns into a bigger problem inside.

The indoor side gets the same attention. Working in tight crawl spaces or utility areas is just part of the job. We're checking the air handler, looking at the coil condition, and making sure everything is operating the way it should. Coil cleaner gets applied and flushed out properly - not just sprayed and forgotten.

This kind of full-system approach is what separates a real tune-up from a rushed maintenance call. When you've got multiple units on a property, every one of them deserves the same level of care. Skipping steps on unit three because you already did units one and two isn't something we do.

We're a small, tight-knit crew that takes this work seriously. Whether it's one unit at a house or several units at a commercial property, the process stays the same. Thorough inspection, honest assessment, and work done right the first time.
