Most AC problems don't come out of nowhere. They build up slowly - dirty coils, a clogged drain line, little inefficiencies that stack up until your system finally gives out on the hottest day of the year. That's exactly what routine maintenance is designed to prevent.

On this visit, we worked both the indoor air handler and the outdoor condenser unit. Inside, we cleaned the coils and treated the drain line. A blocked drain line is one of the most common causes of water damage and system shutdowns, and it's also one of the easiest things to stay ahead of with regular service. Outside, we checked the condenser and ran a full system performance check to make sure everything was operating the way it should.

Coil cleaning matters more than most people realize. When the coils get coated in dust and grime, your system has to work harder to move the same amount of air. That means higher energy bills, more wear on the components, and air quality that takes a hit. Cleaning them out brings efficiency back up and takes stress off the system.

The whole point of a maintenance visit like this is to catch the small stuff before it becomes expensive. A little time and attention now is a whole lot cheaper than an emergency repair call or a full AC replacement down the road. We check everything - not just the obvious stuff.

We do this kind of thorough top-to-bottom service because we'd rather keep your system running strong than show up later for a breakdown. If your AC hasn't been serviced recently, now is a good time to get it done.
